    I subtract one star for the quality of the binding. With minimal use, it came off and is now unusable by my 16-month-old daughter. However, it is an excellent book. Thick, glossy pages, envy-inducing illustrations, and nice, concise texts that help the child. Personally, it helped my own daughter learn how to count.
