    Cinsaut

    It gives light, fruity wines with low tannins, aromas of strawberry and raspberry, ideal for rosé.

    Syrah

    It gives dense wines with rich aromas of red and black fruits (blackberry, plum) and characteristic notes of black pepper, tobacco, or even leather. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with intense tannins and good structure.

    Carignan

    It produces wines with high tannins, acidity, and color, with aromas of dark fruits, spices, and earthy notes, especially from old vines.
