Classic red vinification follows, with extraction continuing until the end of alcoholic fermentation, with gentle stirrings. After the end of malolactic fermentation, the wine ages for a year in French oak barrels, mainly large volume ones. It has a bright ruby color and ethereal nose, with intense ripe red fruits of strawberry, sour cherry, and raspberry that harmoniously blend with the vegetal character of sun-dried tomato and rosemary and the subtle notes of jasmine and spice.
