Rain Sensor STR-R

The STR-R controller with an external rain sensor is designed to detect rainfall. In combination with the STR-3 or STR-4 roller controllers, it enables the creation of a system that allows for the automatic movement of blinds or window awnings in case of rain.

• Action:
• The controller operates in two modes:
• Continuous Mode: When rain begins, the internal relay contact closes and remains closed for the entire duration of the rainfall, ensuring that the shutters close and lock in the closed position until the rain stops.
• Pulsing Mode: When rain begins, the internal relay contact closes for approximately 1.5 seconds, transmitting a one-time closing command to the roller controllers, allowing the user to raise the shutters at any time.
• The mode of operation is selected using the button on the controller located on the front panel.
