The exercise bike, from the company Cecotec, features a flywheel equivalent to 24 Kg and 8 resistance levels to adjust the intensity of your workout. The magnetic resistance system that uses magnets provides a smooth and natural pedaling feel, minimizing maintenance. Adjust the saddle vertically and horizontally and the handlebar vertically to achieve maximum performance in your training. Its ergonomically designed handlebar with non-slip material provides a comfortable grip with every use.

By combining your bike with the Kinomap app, you will be able to benefit from features such as online competition with other users, tracking your workouts, and exploring various routes. Additionally, you will be able to adjust the resistance according to each stage of the selected route, making your training more dynamic and realistic.     Very high-quality construction. It doesn’t creak and no part moves at all. Assembly was quick and can be done without instructions; that is, it is clear where each piece goes.

    Fully magnetic with 8 resistance levels and a 24 kg flywheel. Small in size, it doesn’t take up much space. The calorie readings were indeed very close to those measured by the Huawei Watch GT 5 Pro; however, the display does not match the overall design. It is a cheap build, but if you use the Bluetooth connection or have a smartwatch, you won’t have any problem.

    The support stand is also very useful; it easily fits a phone or a small tablet, and because, as I mentioned before, the bike is heavy and stable, you never worry that the device will fall.

    The only negative I would mention is that it does not have some kind of brake to stop the flywheel in case you lose contact with the pedals. The best thing you can do in that case is to push the lever to level 8 to slow the flywheel down faster.

    The price is a bit steep; Cecotec is a Spanish company and in Spain the model sells for up to 150 euros cheaper.

    Attention: there are 2 versions. The version that says magnetic connected and DOES NOT have a shock absorber is the only fully magnetic one

    I ended up with this bike as the only one available immediately and at a reasonable price that had Bluetooth, to support connection with mobile apps.

    I am 1.85m / 90 kg.

    Pros:

    - Sturdy bike that doesn't move at all if you adjust the legs correctly.

    - Decent resistance levels for its price.

    - Quiet.

    - Connects via Bluetooth to apps like Kinomap that offer several possibilities.

    - Bonus points for the large tablet holder on the handlebars.

    Let's move on to the negatives:

    - Assembly is a hassle if you are alone, as the bike weighs quite a few kilograms.

    - Parts with "scales" like the seat post and handlebars need some kind of lubrication from the beginning, otherwise they don't move easily.

    - The "holders" for the feet on the pedals are not large enough, resulting in uncomfortable foot placement if you have large shoe size. (I removed them)

    - The seat was the worst part of the whole bike, personally it didn't suit me at all and I recommend changing it to one that suits you.

    - The numbers when connected to cycling apps will definitely not be 100% accurate, as we are talking about a bike under €500 and it is completely justified.

    Overall, a very decent bike, I recommend it to those who don't want to spend a fortune and want to use the Bluetooth feature for a more interactive workout.

    If you are not interested in Bluetooth, there are definitely better options at this price.
