Strawbar Platinum 45.0% abv is a triple distilled eau de vie made from selected strawberries grown in Florina. Each fruit is handpicked and washed, then gently pressed to produce an authentic fruity eau de vie.

Brilliant, crystal-clear appearance. Its profile is notably dynamic, showcasing complexity in aroma by combining the fruity character of strawberries with small red fruits, all enveloped in a spicy cloak of freshly ground peppers. On the palate, it is warm and oily, with spicy notes that characterize its taste, leaving a long strawberry aftertaste.

Served slightly chilled (6-8°C) neat, with ice, or with the addition of basil leaves.
