3 Stars because it doesn't lean back, it's not like the old chair I had, which had a lever that tilted back. This one tilts forward and it's a bit tiring. You can't really sit back and relax. If I had known this from the beginning, I would have bought another one. It wasn't written anywhere... I assumed that this mechanism exists because it's standard for office chairs.
