    I ordered it with some doubt because I saw only one very bad review. But I took the risk. First impression: It is beautiful. Quiet. Maybe just a little noisier than some others. But the noise level is stated. It connected to the internet very easily. I also did the first wash with steam. Flokati-type rug. It came out incredibly clean and fluffy. The touch works perfectly, but I prefer to operate it through the app. I don't know how long it will last. My previous washing machine lasted 17 years. If I encounter a problem, I will update. Truly value for money.

    A washing machine with a multitude of program options, very good washing and drying with steam wash and spinning up to 1400 rpm. But such a cumbersome hON app that does not connect to wifi, and if it does, it will be after many attempts. In the first days, the touch does not work on many programs on the screen, most often the start and pause. I did not bother with the warranty because I saw reviews about the company's service were terrible. In terms of reliability, the washing machine broke down after 3 years of use. (Actual use 4 months a year because for 8 months I am away so it remains unused). It does not work, it is completely dead. I don't even bother to fix it or even give it away because whoever repairs it will just have a hard time. Stay away from this company, only dissatisfaction for such an expensive product!
