    Very interesting taste.
Something like whiskey with a slight aftertaste of tsipouro at the end.
    I would buy it again

So, here's the thing: the point that needs special attention is which category we place it in and thus which drinks we compare it with. It may be called tsipouro, but it isn't... Certainly, it is not whiskey. I would like to disagree with most of the reviews I read, but I'm not an expert, so I'll just say try it ideally before you buy it. I hadn't drunk another aged one to have a point of comparison, I just really like the classic Apostolaki tsipouro and this doesn't... As for whiskey, I like the smooth Irish ones, and this with such a strong alcohol taste is anything but smooth. Different, yes, you could say that.

Very good taste, like a caress on the palate & the aroma is perfectly fermented from the aging time. It's worth the money, choose it & you won't regret it!!

Wonderful aromas, pairs nicely with nuts and chocolate. Personally, it doesn't remind me of whiskey at all. It has a sweetness that is more reminiscent of aged rum or cognac. It doesn't give you a headache, like all good tsipouro! I prefer it at room temperature

Of all the aged tsipouro I have tried, I consider it the best. Dark Gave may receive a high rating in terms of quality, but it has double the price of Manifesto. So...

    I was really surprised, pleasantly!!

I can't understand why it can't be "marketed" and erase all the mass-consumed whiskies;; Honestly, it can become "your drink" and you can enjoy it in the evening to relax instead of drinking something "Scottish". Very good effort!!

Compared to other aged spirits I have tried, it excels in aroma and taste. It is not the classic tsipouro that requires meze. It can be accompanied very well with fruits or nuts, like a whiskey.

Quite good, (for its price). Buy it, you won't regret it.

I continue to drink it (every day).. One glass (two doses) is perfect every night..
It also helps with sleep,.. without pills, melatonin, etc.
Its aromas, perfect. It fills the whole room with fragrance. (Sometimes it comes to my nose.. a sweet scent as if it has passed through a bourbon barrel).

P.S.1 Request. Mr. Apostolakis, please lower your wholesale price a bit. Due to extra taxes (from the government), a small reduction from you, I believe, will result in a much better final price on the shelf.

P.S. 2. Due to extra taxes from the government, the request for a reduction in wholesale price is for all Greek producers... Help your customers prefer you (us),

For those who are accustomed to drinking regular tsipouro, not aged, it opens up another dimension of enjoyment.
It is for a special moment, not for everyday, due to its cost.
It is also a wonderful gift for a friend.
They will definitely appreciate it properly.
Compared to other aged ones, although cheaper, it will stand proudly on your table, it will not disappoint anyone.
I highly recommend it, better to have one bottle of this than three of a regular one.
