Height Adjustment:

1. Stand upright on a stable, flat surface, letting your hand hang naturally at your side.
2. Remove the height adjustment clip and slide the aluminum tube until the pole is at the correct height.
3. The top of the handle should be at the height of the inside of your wrist.
4. Replace the clip.

Stair Climbing:

• Hold on to the staircase railing.
• Transfer the cane with the opposite hand.
• Start with the stronger leg and take the first step.
• Continue, taking the next step with the weaker leg carefully and slowly.
• Do not rush and do not go up two steps at a time.

Stair Descending:

• Ensure the surface is not slippery and that there is no obstacle in front of you.
• Hold on to the railing and lower the cane.
• Take a slow first step with your weaker leg.
• Lower the other leg and move onto the same step.
• Do not rush and do not go down two steps at a time.
