Instructions for ascending and descending stairs:

• Ascending stairs:
• Hold onto the staircase handrail.
• Use the opposite hand to carry the cane.
• Start with your stronger leg and take the first step.
• Continue with the weaker leg carefully and slowly.
• Do not rush and do not go up two steps at a time.
• If the staircase has no handrail, proceed with the process with lower speed.

• Descending stairs:
• Make sure the surface is not slippery.
• Check for any obstacles in front of you.
• Initially ask for assistance if it's your first time.
• Hold onto the handrail and lower the cane along with your weaker leg.
• Do not rush and do not go down two steps at a time.
