Benman PU 40FC polyurethane sealant is used for sealing and bonding expansion joints, ventilation ducts, gutters, drains and sheet-metal seams. It adheres to construction materials, sheet metal, aluminium, stainless steel, lead, copper, ceramic, glass, wood and plastics. It remains flexible, can be painted and helps reduce vibrations during assembly.

It does not sag, become sticky or retain dirt, and exhibits minimal shrinkage. It is applied with a caulking gun and can be smoothed.
