Recently, I finished a bottle of Olmeca Dark Chocolate Tequila 700ml for the first time. It was truly an amazing drink! My review can be found on skroutz.

Mexican Tequila is one of my two favorite hard drinks, the other being Whiskey.

I tried Olmeca Blanco Tequila in a tall glass with pure lemon juice from the Supermarket.

For me, lemon juice, because I love lemons and sour flavors in general, is an ideal combination. But due to its mild taste, you can also enjoy it straight in shots. It's nice that way too.

The taste of Olmeca Blanco Tequila is unique, pure, citrusy, fresh, and definitely mild. Especially compared to the gold Tequila, which is too harsh and spicy for my taste.

And I would hardly buy the latter again. The white one is the oldest, classic Tequila, if I'm not mistaken.

On the back of the bottle, there is a sign that says the consumption of Tequila by pregnant women is prohibited. It is not only honest but also absolutely necessary. Any drink should have this written, let alone such a strong drink like Tequila.

If you have stomach problems like me, then I would recommend not drinking Tequila straight. But diluted.

Also, be aware that Tequila, as a drink, can upset your digestive system. To protect my sick esophagus, I decided to drink more Whiskey than Tequila. Whiskey sits better with my troubled body and doesn't burden me further.

The myth of the Mayan Indians says that the Gods of Mexico saw how wasteful and ungrateful mortals were. So, they gave them Tequila to punish them and turn them all into drunkards!

The bottle is a true work of art with very unique, traditional designs of the Indians (Mayans if I'm not mistaken) of Mexico. The other Tequilas on the market have ugly bottles with no beauty at all.

Tequila as a drink is the best if you want to relieve stress, relax, and fall asleep.

Despite the heavy 38.0% alcohol content that all Tequilas, white or gold, have, Olmeca Blanco Tequila did not leave a bad taste in my mouth after consuming it.

This shows that Olmeca Blanco Tequila is a high-quality and pure Tequila.

In conclusion, Olmeca Blanco Tequila is a wonderful choice for quality Tequila. Enjoy it!

Pros:

- Remarkable, smooth, mild, citrusy, fresh taste
- Beautiful bottle with traditional designs
- Can be mixed with any juice or soft drink
- Easily available at major Supermarkets

Cons:

- Can be harsh on the digestive system. I don't blame this particular brand. I generally say this for all Tequilas.
