Rose Absolute - Rose Absolute (Rosa damascena)

The rose oil is derived from the flowers of the plant scientifically named Rosa damascena and has a sweet, warm, and spicy rose scent. The rose flowers are known for their exquisite fragrance. It is one of the most expensive absolute oils as a very large quantity of roses is required to produce a very small amount of absolute oil.

The oil is widely used as a raw material in perfumery, cosmetology, and aromatherapy.

It combines well with:

• Lemon
• Bergamot
• Lavender
• Ylang Ylang
• Geranium
• Jasmine
• Lavender

Safe use:

Do not use essential oils directly on the body. Use a carrier oil such as almond oil or jojoba oil and mix at a ratio of 10ml (carrier oil) to up to 5 drops of essential oil. All essential oils are irritants to the skin and should be avoided by pregnant women and children under 5 years old. People with heart conditions and hypertension should use them with caution and medical advice. Do not expose yourself to the sun after using citrus essential oil for 12 hours as it can cause skin irritations and photosensitivity.

Store in a dry and cool place. Keep out of reach of children.
