First impressions are very positive. It is an elegant and stable treadmill, with ideal dimensions for an apartment.
It arrived in very good, tightly packed packaging. Assembly was very easy; basically, I removed the stickers, put in the two washers that tighten the arm on each side, checked that the belt is neither too tight nor too loose, nor crooked, and finally lifted it slightly on each side (see photo) and lubricated the center with 5–10 ml of silicone oil, running the treadmill by itself for 3–4 minutes so it would spread. I did not use the key to loosen the screws of the belt mechanism, because it was straight and still has not needed calibration.
Personally, for lubrication, I plan not to loosen the belt at all; I will try to apply oil from both sides, ideally with a tube or something similar. Not very often for the use I make of it, I lubricated it once before use, and then checked again in 2 months unless I notice squeaking or noise. It comes with two 30 ml bottles of silicone oil.
I am 1.73 tall, and I use it from moderate to fast walking without any problem in my stride. It rolls effortlessly, smoothly, without excessive noise while walking (it is acceptably audible in the same room, but not in adjacent rooms or to the neighbors). It does not bother the cat, even though she has never seen one in her life and is afraid of the vacuum cleaner. Unfortunately, she likes to scratch her little claws on the belt, but for now it is fine.
I stop after 20–30 minutes for a break, although it is not that it overheats.
The arm folds down (and the lower display automatically turns on for the readings) or stays relatively stable at the point that is convenient (it is not meant to be leaned on if, for example, it is at a right angle, while all the way forward, which is its end position and does not move, is personally not convenient for me because of my height).
It moves easily on the wheels, although I keep it in a fixed spot on hard flooring without a rug, taking care to keep it clean from dust, cat hair, etc. Only with clean shoes used exclusively for the treadmill (although it cleans easily with a damp cloth). Never barefoot or with socks, mainly because this surface burns the soles and creates blisters after some time.
One "imperfection" on the belt is not actually an imperfection but the standard bonding that is done.
Very useful that it has both buttons and a remote control (it includes a coin battery and a small screwdriver with extra screws for replacing it) and an app (I have not tried it yet). On the remote there is also a silent setting that the treadmill keeps if you simply press and hold stop (but it loses it if the lower switch is turned off). I hung the remote from the arm so I would not lose it.
The safety cord is useful and responds immediately.
The main support it has for a phone/tablet is very nice and stable/non-slip.
I have problems with my knees and ankles and yet I am fine, which is not the case on uneven ground outside the house. So it is shock-absorbing.
It does not have incline, but I did not want that.
The instructions and the translation are a bit of a joke.
For this money, I consider it a reliable machine that remains to be tested over time with proper maintenance. I will come back if I have anything else to share.

Ήρθε σε πάρα πολύ καλή και σφιχτή συσκευασία. Η συναρμολόγηση έγινε πολύ εύκολα, στην ουσία έβγαλα τα αυτοκόλλητα, έβαλα τις δύο ροδέλες που σφίγγουν το μπράτσο από κάθε πλευρά, έλεγξα ότι η ταινία δεν είναι ούτε σφιχτή, ούτε χαλαρή, ούτε στραβή, και τέλους τη σήκωσα λίγο από κάθε πλευρά (βλέπε φωτο) και λάδωσα στο κέντρο, 5-10 ml λάδι σιλικόνης, λειτουργώντας 3-4 λεπτά μόνο του τον διάδρομο για να απλωθεί. Δεν χρησιμοποίησα το κλειδί για την χαλάρωση των βιδών του μηχανισμού της ταινίας, γιατί ήταν ίσια και ακόμα δεν έχει χρειαστεί καλιμπράρισμα.
Προσωπικά για το λάδωμα σκοπεύω να μην χαλαρώνω καθόλου την ταινία, θα προσπαθώ να βάζω λάδι και από τις δύο πλευρές ιδανικά με σωληνάκι ή κάτι παρόμοιο. Όχι και συχνά για την χρήση που κάνω, το λάδωσα μία φορά πριν τη χρήση, και μετά έλεγχο σε 2 μήνες εκτός αν νιώσω τρίξιμο ή θόρυβο. Έρχεται με δύο μπουκαλάκια λάδι σιλικόνης των 30 ml.
Είμαι 1.73 ύψος, τον χρησιμοποιώ από μέτριο μέχρι γρήγορο περπάτημα χωρίς κανένα πρόβλημα στον διασκελισμό. Κυλάει αβίαστα, απαλά, χωρίς υπερβολικό θόρυβο στο περπάτημα (ακούγεται ανεκτά στο ίδιο δωμάτιο, αλλά όχι σε διπλανά ή στους γείτονες). Τη γάτα δεν την ενοχλεί, κι ας μην έχει ξαναδεί στην ζωή της, κι ας φοβάται την ηλεκτρική. Δυστυχώς της αρέσει να ξύνει τα νυχάκια στην ταινία, αλλά προς το παρόν είναι εντάξει.
Σταματώ μετά από 20- 30 λεπτά για διάλειμμα, αν και δεν είναι ότι υπερθερμαίνεται.
Το μπράτσο διπλώνει (και αυτόματα ενεργοποιείται η κάτω οθόνη για τις ενδείξεις) ή μένει σχετικά σταθερό στο σημείο που βολεύει (δεν είναι για να στηριχθεί κανείς επάνω του αν το έχει πχ σε ορθή γωνία, ενώ τέρμα μπροστά, που είναι το τέρμα του και δεν κουνάει, προσωπικά δεν με βολεύει λόγω ύψους).
Μετακινείται εύκολα με τα ροδάκια, αν και εγώ τον έχω σε σταθερό σημείο σκληρού πατώματος χωρίς χαλί, φροντίζοντας την καθαριότητα από σκόνες, γατότριχες κ.λπ. Μόνο με καθαρά παπούτσια αποκλειστικά για τον διάδρομο (αν και καθαρίζει εύκολα με νωτισμένο πανάκι). Ποτέ ξυπόλητη ή με κάλτσες, κυρίως γιατί αυτή η επιφάνεια καίει τις πατούσες και δημιουργεί φουσκάλες μετά από κάποια ώρα.
Μία "ατέλεια" στην ταινία δεν είναι στην πραγματικότητα ατέλεια αλλά η στάνταρ κόλληση που γίνεται.
Πολύ χρήσιμο που έχει και κουμπιά, και τηλεχειριστήριο (έχει μέσα στρογγυλή μπαταρία και κατσαβιδάκι με έξτρα βιδάκια για αλλαγή της) και εφαρμογή (δεν τη δοκίμασα ακόμα). Στο τηλεχειριστήριο υπάρχει και αθόρυβη ρύθμιση που την κρατάει ο διάδρομος αν πατηθεί απλώς παρατεταμένο stop (αλλά την χάνει αν κλείσει ο κάτω διακόπτης). Κρέμασα το χειριστήριο από το μπράτσο για να μην το χάσω.
Χρήσιμο και με άμεση ανταπόκριση το κορδόνι ασφαλείας.
Ωραιότατο και σταθερό/αντιολισθητικό το βασικό στήριγμα που έχει για κινητό - tablet.
Έχω πρόβλημα στα γόνατα και τους αστραγάλους και όμως είμαι καλά, κάτι που δεν ισχύει στο ανώμαλο έδαφος εκτός σπιτιού. Άρα είναι αντικραδασμικός.
Δεν έχει κλίση, αλλά δεν την ήθελα.
Οι οδηγίες και η μετάφραση είναι λίγο της πλάκας.
Σε αυτά τα χρήματα θεωρώ ότι είναι αξιόπιστο μηχάνημα που μένει να δοκιμαστεί στον χρόνο με σωστή συντήρηση. Θα επανέλθω αν έχω να μοιραστώ κάτι ακόμα.

From the very first day, the treadmill had a problem with the belt. When it was running, it seemed to almost touch the plastic cover. I have had it for only one month and the use I made of it was minimal, from 30 minutes to at most 1 hour at a time, without pushing it or straining it.
Even so, within that one month the problem got worse and the belt started constantly touching the plastic during operation. I tried many times to adjust it, tightening and loosening the belt according to the instructions, but the result was always the same.
During use it kept rubbing against the plastic, causing it to wear out and wrinkle. The final result was that the belt now permanently touches the plastic, making the treadmill problematic and non-functional to use. The final result can be seen in the photos below...
UPDATE: After it was sent for repair, the process was delayed by about 1 month, without any explanation or substantial information about what happened. Since the limit was 10 working days, with 15 at most... Despite the inconvenience, in the end, through Skroutz, a refund was issued. I decided to buy the exact same treadmill again, because I liked it as a product, but in the end it was probably a big mistake.
I am now about 1.5 months into using the second treadmill and, after around half an hour of operation, the motor starts squeaking and making strange noises. I obviously have to turn it off, because I’m afraid it will fail on us too. At the same time, it overheats, with a reading above 45°C using an infrared (IR) thermometer. This particular noise started after about 20 days of use.
I obviously cannot recommend this treadmill

Παρ' όλα αυτά, μέσα σε αυτόν τον έναν μήνα το πρόβλημα χειροτέρεψε και ο ιμάντας άρχισε να ακουμπάει συνεχώς στο πλαστικό κατά τη λειτουργία. Δοκίμασα πολλές φορές να τον ρυθμίσω, σφίγγοντας και χαλαρώνοντας τον ιμάντα σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες, όμως το αποτέλεσμα ήταν πάντα το ίδιο.
Κατά τη χρήση συνέχιζε να τρίβεται στο πλαστικό, με αποτέλεσμα να φθαρεί και να τσαλακωθεί. Το τελικό αποτέλεσμα ήταν ο ιμάντας να ακουμπάει πλέον μόνιμα στο πλαστικό, καθιστώντας τη χρήση του διαδρόμου προβληματική και μη λειτουργική. Το τελικό αποτέλεσμα φαίνεται στις παρακάτω φωτογραφίες...
UPDATE: Αφού στάλθηκε για επισκευή, η διαδικασία καθυστέρησε περίπου 1 μήνα, χωρίς κάποια εξήγηση ή ουσιαστική ενημέρωση για το τι απέγινε Μιας και το όριο ήταν 10 εργάσιμες, με 15 το πολύ.. Παρά την ταλαιπωρία Τελικά, μέσω της Skroutz έγινε επιστροφή χρημάτων. Αποφάσισα να αγοράσω ξανά τον ίδιο ακριβώς διάδρομο, επειδή μου άρεσε σαν προϊόν, αλλά τελικά μάλλον ήταν μεγάλο λάθος.
Είμαι πλέον περίπου στον 1,5 μήνα χρήσης του δεύτερου διαδρόμου και, γύρω στο μισάωρο λειτουργίας, το μοτέρ αρχίζει να τρίζει και να κάνει περίεργους θορύβους. Αναγκάζομαι προφανώς να τον κλείσω, γιατί φοβάμαι ότι θα μας αφήσει και αυτός. Παράλληλα, υπερθερμαίνεται, με μέτρηση πάνω από 45°C με θερμόμετρο υπερύθρων (IR). Ο συγκεκριμένος θόρυβος ξεκίνησε ήδη από περίπου 20 ημέρες χρήσης.

Στην αρχή που έγινε η αγορά ο διάδρομος φαινόταν νορμαλ . Μετά από κάνα μήνα ο διάδρομος άμα έκανες ελαφρύ τζόκινγκ άρχιζε να υπερθερμαίνεται μετά από 10 λεπτά . Παρόλο που τον λάδωσα όπως έλεγαν οι οδηγίες . Κάνει κυρίως για γυναίκες ή για άντρες έως 75-80 κιλά.
Very good and durable packaging. It was received in excellent condition. A very honest and quality treadmill for its category. The arms unfold very easily and then fold back and it fits under the bed or sofa, very practical. Almost silent and comes with oil in its packaging. I recommend it!

Mechanically it is very good, ideal for small spaces as when folded the body becomes very thin, so it fits comfortably under a sofa or standing upright on the side. It is very light and easy to handle as it also has wheels on the side where the mechanism is located. The only problem I encountered is that I cannot connect it via bt to my mobile phone.

The speed goes from 0-10 and the incline does not change (which is better for me because we are not talking about a large gym treadmill designed for that purpose). For someone who wants to do some light walking, a bit faster, and up to a relaxed jog, it is a very good choice! The treadmill, due to its size, may not be enough (especially for a tall person with a long stride), but you get used to it. You can't have the expectations of a classic large treadmill, but it also doesn't take up an entire room. It works smoothly (in terms of noise) and sturdily. I recommend it 100%.

Ωραιότατο και σταθερό/αντιολισθητικό το βασικό στήριγμα που έχει για κινητό - tablet.
Έχω πρόβλημα στα γόνατα και τους αστραγάλους και όμως είμαι καλά, κάτι που δεν ισχύει στο ανώμαλο έδαφος εκτός σπιτιού. Άρα είναι αντικραδασμικός.
Δεν έχει κλίση, αλλά δεν την ήθελα.
Οι οδηγίες και η μετάφραση είναι λίγο της πλάκας.
Σε αυτά τα χρήματα θεωρώ ότι είναι αξιόπιστο μηχάνημα που μένει να δοκιμαστεί στον χρόνο με σωστή συντήρηση. Θα επανέλθω αν έχω να μοιραστώ κάτι ακόμα.

From the very first day, the treadmill had a problem with the belt. When it was running, it seemed to almost touch the plastic cover. I have had it for only one month and the use I made of it was minimal, from 30 minutes to at most 1 hour at a time, without pushing it or straining it.
Even so, within that one month the problem got worse and the belt started constantly touching the plastic during operation. I tried many times to adjust it, tightening and loosening the belt according to the instructions, but the result was always the same.
During use it kept rubbing against the plastic, causing it to wear out and wrinkle. The final result was that the belt now permanently touches the plastic, making the treadmill problematic and non-functional to use. The final result can be seen in the photos below...
UPDATE: After it was sent for repair, the process was delayed by about 1 month, without any explanation or substantial information about what happened. Since the limit was 10 working days, with 15 at most... Despite the inconvenience, in the end, through Skroutz, a refund was issued. I decided to buy the exact same treadmill again, because I liked it as a product, but in the end it was probably a big mistake.
I am now about 1.5 months into using the second treadmill and, after around half an hour of operation, the motor starts squeaking and making strange noises. I obviously have to turn it off, because I’m afraid it will fail on us too. At the same time, it overheats, with a reading above 45°C using an infrared (IR) thermometer. This particular noise started after about 20 days of use.
I obviously cannot recommend this treadmill

Παρ' όλα αυτά, μέσα σε αυτόν τον έναν μήνα το πρόβλημα χειροτέρεψε και ο ιμάντας άρχισε να ακουμπάει συνεχώς στο πλαστικό κατά τη λειτουργία. Δοκίμασα πολλές φορές να τον ρυθμίσω, σφίγγοντας και χαλαρώνοντας τον ιμάντα σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες, όμως το αποτέλεσμα ήταν πάντα το ίδιο.
Κατά τη χρήση συνέχιζε να τρίβεται στο πλαστικό, με αποτέλεσμα να φθαρεί και να τσαλακωθεί. Το τελικό αποτέλεσμα ήταν ο ιμάντας να ακουμπάει πλέον μόνιμα στο πλαστικό, καθιστώντας τη χρήση του διαδρόμου προβληματική και μη λειτουργική. Το τελικό αποτέλεσμα φαίνεται στις παρακάτω φωτογραφίες...
UPDATE: Αφού στάλθηκε για επισκευή, η διαδικασία καθυστέρησε περίπου 1 μήνα, χωρίς κάποια εξήγηση ή ουσιαστική ενημέρωση για το τι απέγινε Μιας και το όριο ήταν 10 εργάσιμες, με 15 το πολύ.. Παρά την ταλαιπωρία Τελικά, μέσω της Skroutz έγινε επιστροφή χρημάτων. Αποφάσισα να αγοράσω ξανά τον ίδιο ακριβώς διάδρομο, επειδή μου άρεσε σαν προϊόν, αλλά τελικά μάλλον ήταν μεγάλο λάθος.
Είμαι πλέον περίπου στον 1,5 μήνα χρήσης του δεύτερου διαδρόμου και, γύρω στο μισάωρο λειτουργίας, το μοτέρ αρχίζει να τρίζει και να κάνει περίεργους θορύβους. Αναγκάζομαι προφανώς να τον κλείσω, γιατί φοβάμαι ότι θα μας αφήσει και αυτός. Παράλληλα, υπερθερμαίνεται, με μέτρηση πάνω από 45°C με θερμόμετρο υπερύθρων (IR). Ο συγκεκριμένος θόρυβος ξεκίνησε ήδη από περίπου 20 ημέρες χρήσης.

Very good and durable packaging. It was received in excellent condition. A very honest and quality treadmill for its category. The arms unfold very easily and then fold back and it fits under the bed or sofa, very practical. Almost silent and comes with oil in its packaging. I recommend it!

First impressions are very positive. It is an elegant and stable treadmill, with ideal dimensions for an apartment.
It arrived in very good, tightly packed packaging. Assembly was very easy; basically, I removed the stickers, put in the two washers that tighten the arm on each side, checked that the belt is neither too tight nor too loose, nor crooked, and finally lifted it slightly on each side (see photo) and lubricated the center with 5–10 ml of silicone oil, running the treadmill by itself for 3–4 minutes so it would spread. I did not use the key to loosen the screws of the belt mechanism, because it was straight and still has not needed calibration.
Personally, for lubrication, I plan not to loosen the belt at all; I will try to apply oil from both sides, ideally with a tube or something similar. Not very often for the use I make of it, I lubricated it once before use, and then checked again in 2 months unless I notice squeaking or noise. It comes with two 30 ml bottles of silicone oil.
I am 1.73 tall, and I use it from moderate to fast walking without any problem in my stride. It rolls effortlessly, smoothly, without excessive noise while walking (it is acceptably audible in the same room, but not in adjacent rooms or to the neighbors). It does not bother the cat, even though she has never seen one in her life and is afraid of the vacuum cleaner. Unfortunately, she likes to scratch her little claws on the belt, but for now it is fine.
I stop after 20–30 minutes for a break, although it is not that it overheats.
The arm folds down (and the lower display automatically turns on for the readings) or stays relatively stable at the point that is convenient (it is not meant to be leaned on if, for example, it is at a right angle, while all the way forward, which is its end position and does not move, is personally not convenient for me because of my height).
It moves easily on the wheels, although I keep it in a fixed spot on hard flooring without a rug, taking care to keep it clean from dust, cat hair, etc. Only with clean shoes used exclusively for the treadmill (although it cleans easily with a damp cloth). Never barefoot or with socks, mainly because this surface burns the soles and creates blisters after some time.
One "imperfection" on the belt is not actually an imperfection but the standard bonding that is done.
Very useful that it has both buttons and a remote control (it includes a coin battery and a small screwdriver with extra screws for replacing it) and an app (I have not tried it yet). On the remote there is also a silent setting that the treadmill keeps if you simply press and hold stop (but it loses it if the lower switch is turned off). I hung the remote from the arm so I would not lose it.
The safety cord is useful and responds immediately.
The main support it has for a phone/tablet is very nice and stable/non-slip.
I have problems with my knees and ankles and yet I am fine, which is not the case on uneven ground outside the house. So it is shock-absorbing.
It does not have incline, but I did not want that.
The instructions and the translation are a bit of a joke.
For this money, I consider it a reliable machine that remains to be tested over time with proper maintenance. I will come back if I have anything else to share.

Ήρθε σε πάρα πολύ καλή και σφιχτή συσκευασία. Η συναρμολόγηση έγινε πολύ εύκολα, στην ουσία έβγαλα τα αυτοκόλλητα, έβαλα τις δύο ροδέλες που σφίγγουν το μπράτσο από κάθε πλευρά, έλεγξα ότι η ταινία δεν είναι ούτε σφιχτή, ούτε χαλαρή, ούτε στραβή, και τέλους τη σήκωσα λίγο από κάθε πλευρά (βλέπε φωτο) και λάδωσα στο κέντρο, 5-10 ml λάδι σιλικόνης, λειτουργώντας 3-4 λεπτά μόνο του τον διάδρομο για να απλωθεί. Δεν χρησιμοποίησα το κλειδί για την χαλάρωση των βιδών του μηχανισμού της ταινίας, γιατί ήταν ίσια και ακόμα δεν έχει χρειαστεί καλιμπράρισμα.
Προσωπικά για το λάδωμα σκοπεύω να μην χαλαρώνω καθόλου την ταινία, θα προσπαθώ να βάζω λάδι και από τις δύο πλευρές ιδανικά με σωληνάκι ή κάτι παρόμοιο. Όχι και συχνά για την χρήση που κάνω, το λάδωσα μία φορά πριν τη χρήση, και μετά έλεγχο σε 2 μήνες εκτός αν νιώσω τρίξιμο ή θόρυβο. Έρχεται με δύο μπουκαλάκια λάδι σιλικόνης των 30 ml.
Είμαι 1.73 ύψος, τον χρησιμοποιώ από μέτριο μέχρι γρήγορο περπάτημα χωρίς κανένα πρόβλημα στον διασκελισμό. Κυλάει αβίαστα, απαλά, χωρίς υπερβολικό θόρυβο στο περπάτημα (ακούγεται ανεκτά στο ίδιο δωμάτιο, αλλά όχι σε διπλανά ή στους γείτονες). Τη γάτα δεν την ενοχλεί, κι ας μην έχει ξαναδεί στην ζωή της, κι ας φοβάται την ηλεκτρική. Δυστυχώς της αρέσει να ξύνει τα νυχάκια στην ταινία, αλλά προς το παρόν είναι εντάξει.
Σταματώ μετά από 20- 30 λεπτά για διάλειμμα, αν και δεν είναι ότι υπερθερμαίνεται.
Το μπράτσο διπλώνει (και αυτόματα ενεργοποιείται η κάτω οθόνη για τις ενδείξεις) ή μένει σχετικά σταθερό στο σημείο που βολεύει (δεν είναι για να στηριχθεί κανείς επάνω του αν το έχει πχ σε ορθή γωνία, ενώ τέρμα μπροστά, που είναι το τέρμα του και δεν κουνάει, προσωπικά δεν με βολεύει λόγω ύψους).
Μετακινείται εύκολα με τα ροδάκια, αν και εγώ τον έχω σε σταθερό σημείο σκληρού πατώματος χωρίς χαλί, φροντίζοντας την καθαριότητα από σκόνες, γατότριχες κ.λπ. Μόνο με καθαρά παπούτσια αποκλειστικά για τον διάδρομο (αν και καθαρίζει εύκολα με νωτισμένο πανάκι). Ποτέ ξυπόλητη ή με κάλτσες, κυρίως γιατί αυτή η επιφάνεια καίει τις πατούσες και δημιουργεί φουσκάλες μετά από κάποια ώρα.
Μία "ατέλεια" στην ταινία δεν είναι στην πραγματικότητα ατέλεια αλλά η στάνταρ κόλληση που γίνεται.
Πολύ χρήσιμο που έχει και κουμπιά, και τηλεχειριστήριο (έχει μέσα στρογγυλή μπαταρία και κατσαβιδάκι με έξτρα βιδάκια για αλλαγή της) και εφαρμογή (δεν τη δοκίμασα ακόμα). Mechanically it is very good, ideal for small spaces as when folded the body becomes very thin, so it fits comfortably under a sofa or standing upright on the side. It is very light and easy to handle as it also has wheels on the side where the mechanism is located. The only problem I encountered is that I cannot connect it via bt to my mobile phone.

For someone who wants to do some light walking, a bit faster, and up to a relaxed jog, it is a very good choice! The treadmill, due to its size, may not be enough (especially for a tall person with a long stride), but you get used to it. You can't have the expectations of a classic large treadmill, but it also doesn't take up an entire room. It works smoothly (in terms of noise) and sturdily. I recommend it 100%.

Δεν μπορείς να έχεις τις απαιτήσεις του κλασσικού μεγάλου διαδρόμου, αλλά δεν πιάνει κι ολόκληρο δωμάτιο. Δουλεύει γλυκά (από θέμα ήχου) και στιβαρά. Το συστήνω 100%.
First impressions are very positive. It is an elegant and stable treadmill, with ideal dimensions for an apartment.
It arrived in very good, tightly packed packaging. Assembly was very easy; basically, I removed the stickers, put in the two washers that tighten the arm on each side, checked that the belt is neither too tight nor too loose, nor crooked, and finally lifted it slightly on each side (see photo) and lubricated the center with 5–10 ml of silicone oil, running the treadmill by itself for 3–4 minutes so it would spread. I did not use the key to loosen the screws of the belt mechanism, because it was straight and still has not needed calibration.
Personally, for lubrication, I plan not to loosen the belt at all; I will try to apply oil from both sides, ideally with a tube or something similar. Not very often for the use I make of it, I lubricated it once before use, and then checked again in 2 months unless I notice squeaking or noise. It comes with two 30 ml bottles of silicone oil.
I am 1.73 tall, and I use it from moderate to fast walking without any problem in my stride. It rolls effortlessly, smoothly, without excessive noise while walking (it is acceptably audible in the same room, but not in adjacent rooms or to the neighbors). It does not bother the cat, even though she has never seen one in her life and is afraid of the vacuum cleaner. Unfortunately, she likes to scratch her little claws on the belt, but for now it is fine.
I stop after 20–30 minutes for a break, although it is not that it overheats.
The arm folds down (and the lower display automatically turns on for the readings) or stays relatively stable at the point that is convenient (it is not meant to be leaned on if, for example, it is at a right angle, while all the way forward, which is its end position and does not move, is personally not convenient for me because of my height).
It moves easily on the wheels, although I keep it in a fixed spot on hard flooring without a rug, taking care to keep it clean from dust, cat hair, etc. Only with clean shoes used exclusively for the treadmill (although it cleans easily with a damp cloth). Never barefoot or with socks, mainly because this surface burns the soles and creates blisters after some time.
One "imperfection" on the belt is not actually an imperfection but the standard bonding that is done.
Very useful that it has both buttons and a remote control (it includes a coin battery and a small screwdriver with extra screws for replacing it) and an app (I have not tried it yet). On the remote there is also a silent setting that the treadmill keeps if you simply press and hold stop (but it loses it if the lower switch is turned off). I hung the remote from the arm so I would not lose it.
The safety cord is useful and responds immediately.
The main support it has for a phone/tablet is very nice and stable/non-slip.
I have problems with my knees and ankles and yet I am fine, which is not the case on uneven ground outside the house. So it is shock-absorbing.
It does not have incline, but I did not want that.
The instructions and the translation are a bit of a joke.
For this money, I consider it a reliable machine that remains to be tested over time with proper maintenance. I will come back if I have anything else to share.
Πρώτες εντυπώσεις πολύ θετικές. Είναι κομψός και σταθερός διάδρομος, με ιδανικές διαστάσεις για διαμέρισμα.
Ήρθε σε πάρα πολύ καλή και σφιχτή συσκευασία. Η συναρμολόγηση έγινε πολύ εύκολα, στην ουσία έβγαλα τα αυτοκόλλητα, έβαλα τις δύο ροδέλες που σφίγγουν το μπράτσο από κάθε πλευρά, έλεγξα ότι η ταινία δεν είναι ούτε σφιχτή, ούτε χαλαρή, ούτε στραβή, και τέλους τη σήκωσα λίγο από κάθε πλευρά (βλέπε φωτο) και λάδωσα στο κέντρο, 5-10 ml λάδι σιλικόνης, λειτουργώντας 3-4 λεπτά μόνο του τον διάδρομο για να απλωθεί. Δεν χρησιμοποίησα το κλειδί για την χαλάρωση των βιδών του μηχανισμού της ταινίας, γιατί ήταν ίσια και ακόμα δεν έχει χρειαστεί καλιμπράρισμα.
Προσωπικά για το λάδωμα σκοπεύω να μην χαλαρώνω καθόλου την ταινία, θα προσπαθώ να βάζω λάδι και από τις δύο πλευρές ιδανικά με σωληνάκι ή κάτι παρόμοιο. Όχι και συχνά για την χρήση που κάνω, το λάδωσα μία φορά πριν τη χρήση, και μετά έλεγχο σε 2 μήνες εκτός αν νιώσω τρίξιμο ή θόρυβο. Έρχεται με δύο μπουκαλάκια λάδι σιλικόνης των 30 ml.
Είμαι 1.73 ύψος, τον χρησιμοποιώ από μέτριο μέχρι γρήγορο περπάτημα χωρίς κανένα πρόβλημα στον διασκελισμό. Κυλάει αβίαστα, απαλά, χωρίς υπερβολικό θόρυβο στο περπάτημα (ακούγεται ανεκτά στο ίδιο δωμάτιο, αλλά όχι σε διπλανά ή στους γείτονες). Τη γάτα δεν την ενοχλεί, κι ας μην έχει ξαναδεί στην ζωή της, κι ας φοβάται την ηλεκτρική. Δυστυχώς της αρέσει να ξύνει τα νυχάκια στην ταινία, αλλά προς το παρόν είναι εντάξει.
Σταματώ μετά από 20- 30 λεπτά για διάλειμμα, αν και δεν είναι ότι υπερθερμαίνεται.
Το μπράτσο διπλώνει (και αυτόματα ενεργοποιείται η κάτω οθόνη για τις ενδείξεις) ή μένει σχετικά σταθερό στο σημείο που βολεύει (δεν είναι για να στηριχθεί κανείς επάνω του αν το έχει πχ σε ορθή γωνία, ενώ τέρμα μπροστά, που είναι το τέρμα του και δεν κουνάει, προσωπικά δεν με βολεύει λόγω ύψους).
Μετακινείται εύκολα με τα ροδάκια, αν και εγώ τον έχω σε σταθερό σημείο σκληρού πατώματος χωρίς χαλί, φροντίζοντας την καθαριότητα από σκόνες, γατότριχες κ.λπ. Μόνο με καθαρά παπούτσια αποκλειστικά για τον διάδρομο (αν και καθαρίζει εύκολα με νωτισμένο πανάκι). Ποτέ ξυπόλητη ή με κάλτσες, κυρίως γιατί αυτή η επιφάνεια καίει τις πατούσες και δημιουργεί φουσκάλες μετά από κάποια ώρα.
Μία "ατέλεια" στην ταινία δεν είναι στην πραγματικότητα ατέλεια αλλά η στάνταρ κόλληση που γίνεται.
Πολύ χρήσιμο που έχει και κουμπιά, και τηλεχειριστήριο (έχει μέσα στρογγυλή μπαταρία και κατσαβιδάκι με έξτρα βιδάκια για αλλαγή της) και εφαρμογή (δεν τη δοκίμασα ακόμα). Στο τηλεχειριστήριο υπάρχει και αθόρυβη ρύθμιση που την κρατάει ο διάδρομος αν πατηθεί απλώς παρατεταμένο stop (αλλά την χάνει αν κλείσει ο κάτω διακόπτης). Κρέμασα το χειριστήριο από το μπράτσο για να μην το χάσω.
Χρήσιμο και με άμεση ανταπόκριση το κορδόνι ασφαλείας.
Ωραιότατο και σταθερό/αντιολισθητικό το βασικό στήριγμα που έχει για κινητό - tablet.
Έχω πρόβλημα στα γόνατα και τους αστραγάλους και όμως είμαι καλά, κάτι που δεν ισχύει στο ανώμαλο έδαφος εκτός σπιτιού. Άρα είναι αντικραδασμικός.
Δεν έχει κλίση, αλλά δεν την ήθελα.
Οι οδηγίες και η μετάφραση είναι λίγο της πλάκας.
Σε αυτά τα χρήματα θεωρώ ότι είναι αξιόπιστο μηχάνημα που μένει να δοκιμαστεί στον χρόνο με σωστή συντήρηση. Θα επανέλθω αν έχω να μοιραστώ κάτι ακόμα.
Very good treadmill. It has no incline, in case someone is looking for that. It is very powerful and quite quiet for its use.

From the very first day, the treadmill had a problem with the belt. When it was running, it seemed to almost touch the plastic cover. I have had it for only one month and the use I made of it was minimal, from 30 minutes to at most 1 hour at a time, without pushing it or straining it.
Even so, within that one month the problem got worse and the belt started constantly touching the plastic during operation. I tried many times to adjust it, tightening and loosening the belt according to the instructions, but the result was always the same.
During use it kept rubbing against the plastic, causing it to wear out and wrinkle. The final result was that the belt now permanently touches the plastic, making the treadmill problematic and non-functional to use. The final result can be seen in the photos below...
UPDATE: After it was sent for repair, the process was delayed by about 1 month, without any explanation or substantial information about what happened. Since the limit was 10 working days, with 15 at most... Despite the inconvenience, in the end, through Skroutz, a refund was issued. I decided to buy the exact same treadmill again, because I liked it as a product, but in the end it was probably a big mistake.
I am now about 1.5 months into using the second treadmill and, after around half an hour of operation, the motor starts squeaking and making strange noises. I obviously have to turn it off, because I’m afraid it will fail on us too. At the same time, it overheats, with a reading above 45°C using an infrared (IR) thermometer. This particular noise started after about 20 days of use.
I obviously cannot recommend this treadmill
Από την πρώτη κιόλας μέρα ο διάδρομος παρουσίαζε πρόβλημα με τον ιμάντα. Όταν γύριζε, φαινόταν ότι σχεδόν ακουμπούσε στο πλαστικό κάλυμμα. Τον έχω μόλις έναν μήνα και η χρήση που του έκανα ήταν ελάχιστη, από 30 λεπτά έως το πολύ 1 ώρα τη φορά, χωρίς να τον πιέσω ή να τον καταπονήσω
Παρ' όλα αυτά, μέσα σε αυτόν τον έναν μήνα το πρόβλημα χειροτέρεψε και ο ιμάντας άρχισε να ακουμπάει συνεχώς στο πλαστικό κατά τη λειτουργία. Δοκίμασα πολλές φορές να τον ρυθμίσω, σφίγγοντας και χαλαρώνοντας τον ιμάντα σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες, όμως το αποτέλεσμα ήταν πάντα το ίδιο.
Κατά τη χρήση συνέχιζε να τρίβεται στο πλαστικό, με αποτέλεσμα να φθαρεί και να τσαλακωθεί. Το τελικό αποτέλεσμα ήταν ο ιμάντας να ακουμπάει πλέον μόνιμα στο πλαστικό, καθιστώντας τη χρήση του διαδρόμου προβληματική και μη λειτουργική. Το τελικό αποτέλεσμα φαίνεται στις παρακάτω φωτογραφίες...
UPDATE: Αφού στάλθηκε για επισκευή, η διαδικασία καθυστέρησε περίπου 1 μήνα, χωρίς κάποια εξήγηση ή ουσιαστική ενημέρωση για το τι απέγινε Μιας και το όριο ήταν 10 εργάσιμες, με 15 το πολύ.. Παρά την ταλαιπωρία Τελικά, μέσω της Skroutz έγινε επιστροφή χρημάτων. Αποφάσισα να αγοράσω ξανά τον ίδιο ακριβώς διάδρομο, επειδή μου άρεσε σαν προϊόν, αλλά τελικά μάλλον ήταν μεγάλο λάθος.
Είμαι πλέον περίπου στον 1,5 μήνα χρήσης του δεύτερου διαδρόμου και, γύρω στο μισάωρο λειτουργίας, το μοτέρ αρχίζει να τρίζει και να κάνει περίεργους θορύβους. Αναγκάζομαι προφανώς να τον κλείσω, γιατί φοβάμαι ότι θα μας αφήσει και αυτός. Παράλληλα, υπερθερμαίνεται, με μέτρηση πάνω από 45°C με θερμόμετρο υπερύθρων (IR). Ο συγκεκριμένος θόρυβος ξεκίνησε ήδη από περίπου 20 ημέρες χρήσης.

At first, when it was purchased, the treadmill seemed normal. After about a month, if you did a light jog, it would start overheating after 10 minutes. Even though I lubricated it as the instructions said. It is mainly suitable for women or for men up to 75-80 kg.
Στην αρχή που έγινε η αγορά ο διάδρομος φαινόταν νορμαλ . Μετά από κάνα μήνα ο διάδρομος άμα έκανες ελαφρύ τζόκινγκ άρχιζε να υπερθερμαίνεται μετά από 10 λεπτά . Παρόλο που τον λάδωσα όπως έλεγαν οι οδηγίες . Κάνει κυρίως για γυναίκες ή για άντρες έως 75-80 κιλά.
Very good and durable packaging. It was received in excellent condition. A very honest and quality treadmill for its category. The arms unfold very easily and then fold back and it fits under the bed or sofa, very practical. Almost silent and comes with oil in its packaging. I recommend it!
Πολύ καλή και ανθεκτική συσκευασία . Παραληφθηκε σε άριστη κατάσταση . Πολύ τίμιος και ποιοτικός διαδρομος για την κατηγορια του. Τα μπράτσα αναπτύσονται πολύ εύκολα και μετά διπλώνουν πάλι και μπαίνει κάτω από κρεβάτι ή καναπέ ,πολύ πρακτικός .Σχεδόν αθόρυβος και με λάδι μέσα στην συσκευασία του. Τον συνιστώ!
