Practical and very well made. If you remove the inner straw, the water "goes down" more easily. The straw is for children and maybe for something that needs it. Very good for both hot and cold. Great value for money purchase.

It keeps the water cold, definitely for 6 to 8 hours. On the beach, under the sun, and it stays cold.
