Ισχύει. Δεν έχω κάνει χημική ανάλυση, αλλά απο τη στιγμή που λέει προπ-υλενογλυκόλη και όχι αιθ-υλενογλυκόλη ή κατι άλλο ή καμία αναφορά στη χημική σύσταση, μου είναι αρκετό.
