Top specs

  • Ideal for

    Southern Greece & Islands

Optimized for areas with mild winters and long periods of heat. Focuses on efficient cooling and dehumidification, offering economical operation in coastal regions.

  • Cooling Class

It is the simplest way to understand how "green" and economical your air conditioner is. The energy class (with A+++ being the highest) shows you the device's efficiency in relation to the electricity it consumes. The higher the class, the less energy the unit needs to cool your space. By choosing a high class, you protect the environment and—most importantly—significantly reduce the cost on your electricity bill every summer.

  • Heating Class (Average Zone)

This class shows you how economically your air conditioner will heat your space if you live in areas with a typical Greek winter (such as Athens or Central Greece). Since heating performance changes depending on how cold it is outside, the "Average Zone" is the most reliable guide to know how much energy you will use in the intermediate climate zone of the country. The closer it is to A+++, the more effectively it replaces oil or gas, offering you warmth at a very low electricity cost.

  • Heating Class (Warm Zone)

If you live in Southern Greece or the Islands, this is the indicator that interests you the most. In the "Warm Zone," your air conditioner operates under the most ideal conditions, since the winter is milder. This class shows you how incredibly low your consumption will be when the outside temperature does not drop very low. By choosing a unit with a high class in the warm zone, you ensure that you will have warmth in your home almost with... negligible operating cost.

  • Filter Type

    Active Carbon

Absorbs odors, smoke, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs), improving the air quality in the space.

    Cold Catalyst

Breaks down organic compounds and odors at low temperatures, without chemicals.

    Silver Ion

Contains silver ions with antibacterial and antifungal properties.

Filtration System & Health

Ionizer
Yes

Ionizer

Breathe clean and refreshing air in your home, as if you were on a mountain or next to a waterfall. The ionizer releases negative ions that neutralize dust, bacteria, pollen, and unpleasant odors (such as those from cigarettes or cooking). It acts as the "guardian" of your health by purifying the atmosphere from allergens and creating a wellness environment, helping you sleep better and feel more energetic throughout the day.
Air filters
Yes

Air filters

Think of filters as your home's "shield" against everything the eye can't see. As air circulates, the filtration system traps tiny dust particles, pet hair, and allergens that can make breathing more difficult. By cleaning them regularly, you not only ensure a healthy environment for you and your loved ones, but you also help your air conditioner perform at its best while consuming less electricity.

Energy Class

Cooling
A++

Cooling

It is the simplest way to understand how "green" and economical your air conditioner is. The energy class (with A+++ being the highest) shows you the device's efficiency in relation to the electricity it consumes. The higher the class, the less energy the unit needs to cool your space. By choosing a high class, you protect the environment and—most importantly—significantly reduce the cost on your electricity bill every summer.
Heating (Middle Zone)

Heating (Middle Zone)

This class shows you how economically your air conditioner will heat your space if you live in areas with a typical Greek winter (such as Athens or Central Greece). Since heating performance changes depending on how cold it is outside, the "Average Zone" is the most reliable guide to know how much energy you will use in the intermediate climate zone of the country. The closer it is to A+++, the more effectively it replaces oil or gas, offering you warmth at a very low electricity cost.

By choosing a unit with a high class in the warm zone, you ensure that you will have warmth in your home almost with... negligible operating cost.
Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio (SEER)
6.1 W/W

Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio (SEER)

SEER is the number that reveals the true energy "intelligence" of your air conditioner throughout the entire cooling season. Think of it like the kilometers a car can travel on one liter of fuel: the higher the SEER, the more cooling your unit provides for each kilowatt-hour of electricity it consumes. It is the most accurate indicator for calculating your long-term savings, as it takes into account temperature fluctuations throughout the summer.
Heating Efficiency Rating (SCOP) Average Zone
4 W/W

Heating Efficiency Rating (SCOP) Average Zone

The SCOP is the indicator that shows you how efficient your air conditioner is in heating throughout the entire winter. Specifically for the "Average Zone," it tells you how much heat you get for every euro you spend on electricity, based on the climate of areas like Athens or Central Greece. The higher the SCOP, the less electricity the unit consumes to keep your home warm. It is the key value that confirms whether your air conditioner is truly a cost-effective alternative to oil heating.
Heating Performance Rating (SCOP) Warm Zone
5.1 W/W

Heating Performance Rating (SCOP) Warm Zone

If you live in Southern Greece or the Islands, this number is your wallet’s best ally. The SCOP for Warm Zone shows you how much your air conditioner "multiplies" the electricity it consumes to convert it into heat, taking advantage of your region’s mild winter. A high SCOP here (e.g., above 5.0) means the unit is incredibly efficient: for every €1 you spend on electricity, you get multiple times that value in heating. It’s the indicator that makes the air conditioner the most economical heating solution you can choose.

Excellent purchase, as I bought it for cooling and it does an excellent job. It reaches temperature very quickly, is absolutely silent, and creates an excellent atmosphere. I highly recommend it!

One star less because two screws were missing from the covers of the outdoor unit. It wasn't something that affected its functionality, but I consider it unacceptable, especially for branded companies, to have such "mistakes".
As for the machine, it is excellent and its performance, especially in cooling, is incredible even in a space that doesn't have the best insulation in the country house....
For heating, I will come back in the winter...if I remember.
Its plastics are excellent, the remote control is of equally good quality and responsiveness.
It connected to the internet quite easily as soon as you scan the QR code and follow the instructions.
I consider it an excellent deal at €350...VfM.
It's not worth paying more than that...

After 3 hours of operation in TURBO mode, +30°C - in a 9 sq.m. room the temperature increased from +17°C to +19°C. An unpleasant surprise. I haven't checked the cooling yet.

This review is about the cooling power: 9000 BTU

Good, moderately efficient, quiet but the wifi menu is a disappointment... it's laughable.. Minimal to no settings, only for temperature and fan...

I also got a Carrier at the same time... the Carrier's wifi menu even has a sleep timer option, meaning you can set the temperature you want for each hour automatically, sleep curve, room temperature, antifrost functions, eco, a whole bunch!!!

The Pitsos only has temperature and fan speed!

Guys, at least it could have room temperature!!! How can you manage remotely when you don't know what the room temperature is!!!

It works non-stop only in the summer. The best thing I have bought. I believe for this price it is the king. Always go for something branded. Because the cheaper ones I have used were a total disappointment, it's better to pay €50 more and get this than some other no-name ones where you end up looking for a technician

This review is about the cooling power: 9000 BTU

Regarding the Heating (it has only been tested on this):
    A) First time I see an air conditioner where the indoor unit makes more noise than the outdoor unit.
    B) In order to work properly, the fan must be on the 3rd and highest level. The first 2 levels are like they don't exist. Same goes for the fan's "Auto" mode. Especially in "auto" mode, the machine works-doesn't work. Really!
    C) The plastic parts of the indoor unit make excessive noise most of the time. Hence the 'A' comment.
    D) The filters of the indoor unit are simply FAKE. But I fell into the classic trap of Marketing...
    E) What a shame!

    Edit 21/8/23
    After using the Cooling:
    "It's day and night"
It doesn't make any noise during cooling operation and the Auto mode works perfectly fine! Well, I can't understand it! It does a great job in a small living room!

A small but good air conditioner with all the classic standard filters and an ionizer, almost silent and with a 7-year warranty. I have purchased the previous model of 12,000 BTU and it is excellent as well. I have a room of about 12 square meters and it cools it down to 26 degrees in 3 minutes. Excellent and worth its money.

Follow Me Function

The Follow Me function detects the temperature around the remote control and automatically adjusts the air conditioner for ideal comfort wherever you are.
Eco Friendly Refrigerant (R32)
Yes

Eco Friendly Refrigerant (R32)

R32 is the most modern and environmentally friendly refrigerant. It has 68% lower impact on global warming compared to the older R410A, while also increasing the performance of your air conditioner. By choosing a model with R32, you reduce your environmental footprint and ensure greater efficiency, as the unit requires less refrigerant to provide the same cooling or heating.

Filter Type
Active Carbon, Cold Catalyst, Silver Ion

Filter Type

Active Carbon

Absorbs odors, smoke, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs), improving the air quality in the space.

Cold Catalyst
Breaks down organic compounds and odors at low temperatures, without chemicals.
Silver Ion
Contains silver ions with antibacterial and antifungal properties.

Energy Class

Cooling
A++

A+

Heating (Middle Zone)

This class shows you how economically your air conditioner will heat your space if you live in areas with a typical Greek winter (such as Athens or Central Greece). Since heating performance changes depending on how cold it is outside, the "Average Zone" is the most reliable guide to know how much energy you will use in the intermediate climate zone of the country. The closer it is to A+++, the more effectively it replaces oil or gas, offering you warmth at a very low electricity cost.
Heating (Warm Zone)
A+++

Heating (Warm Zone)

If you live in Southern Greece or the Islands, this is the indicator that interests you the most. In the "Warm Zone," your air conditioner operates under the most ideal conditions, since the winter is milder. This class shows you how incredibly low your consumption will be when the outside temperature does not drop very low. By choosing a unit with a high class in the warm zone, you ensure that you will have warmth in your home almost with... negligible operating cost.

Very quiet on low operation. Absolutely satisfactory for use in a room. I haven't evaluated its consumption. Its price was very good compared to the competition.
