    The bike, for what it is and for its price, is excellent, the very best... I’ve been doing spinning for quite a few years, and I didn’t expect it to be this good.. as for the noise, there is none at all at any speed, right next to a baby sleeping and it doesn’t notice a thing

I remove one star because the saddle is somewhat tilted upwards and not parallel to the ground, and not so comfortable even though it has a very good seat. The instructions do not mention if this can be adjusted.
    + Easy assembly with detailed instructions.

During assembly, when placing the steering column into position, it got stuck. I had to call customer service. The technician, who was helpful and very polite, advised me to use a lubricant spray, and eventually the part came loose and now works properly. Overall, a bad experience. Other than that, it seems to do its job well. However, if I were to buy again, I would probably choose another one.
