All the components are stuck together inside the packaging with tape, making the unboxing more time-consuming and difficult than the assembly itself. During assembly, when placing the steering column into position, it got stuck. I had to call customer service. The technician, who was helpful and very polite, advised me to use a lubricant spray, and eventually the part came loose and now works properly. Overall, a bad experience. Other than that, it seems to do its job well. However, if I were to buy again, I would probably choose another one.
