Description

ROMED serum device with airway needle and filter Characteristics:
  • Disposable, sterile per piece in polybag.
  • Sharp tip for easy bottle perforation.
  • Clip for stopping the flow.
  • Filter with a pore diameter of 15 µm.
  • Transparent, smooth, and free of foreign bodies.
  • Drip chamber delivery 20 drops = 0.1 g at room temperature (20° C).
  • Tubing length 180 cm (total device length 200 cm).
  • Individually packed in PEELPACK packaging.
  • Sterilized with ethylene oxide.
  • Manufactured according to ISO 8536.
  • Certified according to the European Directive 93/42/EEC.
Instructions for use:
  • Disinfect the surface of the bottle cap.
  • Remove the protective cap of the bottle, pierce and push the spike into the cap along its entire length.
  • Tightly close the clamp, invert the bottle, and hang it at the desired height.
  • Vent the administration device: Remove the protective cap from the needle, pierce, and slightly release the clamp to let the fluid flow.
  • Insert the needle into the vein, adjust the flow by carefully moving the clamp according to medical instructions.
Useful information:
  • The device should be checked for intactness before use.
  • Not suitable for blood transfusion or its derivatives.
  • The device must be destroyed after use.
  • Should not be resterilized.
