For proper height adjustment, the rubber cap must be removed, the cane cut, and the cap reattached. The process can be undertaken by a professional if informed accordingly.

• Going up stairs: Hold onto the staircase railing. Carry the cane with the opposite hand. Start with the strongest leg. Take the first step and continue with the weaker leg carefully.
• Going down stairs: Ensure the surface is not slippery and there is no obstacle in front of you. Hold onto the railing and lower the cane as well as your weaker leg.

Attention: Do not rush and do not go up or down two steps at the same time.
