The Berlinger Haus Anthracite Collection pan set includes two frying pans and one grill pan made of forged aluminum. The triple-layer TitanPro non-stick coating is free from PFOA, lead and cadmium, while the Turbo Induction base helps the pans heat up quickly and distribute heat evenly. The handles have a soft-touch finish, are heat-resistant and feature a hole for hanging storage.

The grill pan has raised ridges for grilling meat, fish or vegetables. The cookware is dishwasher-safe. Before first use, wash with detergent and water, dry, then coat the surface with a little vegetable oil. After cooking, allow the cookware to cool to room temperature and clean with mild detergent and a soft sponge. Avoid abrasive cleaners and metal cooking utensils.
