It is ideal for the elderly, overweight individuals, or people recovering from injuries, as the seated position does not strain the knees, supports the back, and offers greater comfort. Exercising on a recumbent bike focuses more on the glutes and abs. It features an electric console where you can read information about difficulty settings and distance. Finally, with its wheels, it can be easily moved around the house.

Resistance and Flywheel

The magnetic system allows easy adjustment of resistance to 16 different levels. It is also equipped with a sturdy 5 kg weight disc.

Console

The user-friendly LCD screen displays all the important exercise data such as speed, distance, exercise time, calories, and heart rate.

The heart rate is detected through the special touch sensors, which are located on the seat handles.

Measuring your heart rate is an essential tool for proper and effective exercise.
