Through the adjustable operating levels, you can customize the density and texture of your ice cream, even selecting the desired temperature for its preparation.

Do you want a rich and creamy texture or a lighter taste?

The TooA ice cream maker gives you the ultimate freedom to easily create the ice cream of your dreams, by adjusting two key factors:

  • cooling time &
  • stirring power

The 8-step system allows you to activate the following functions:

  • 1 and 2 to freeze any liquid mixture
  • 3 and 4 to make ice cream at room temperature, 20°C to 25°C
  • 5 and 6 to make ice cream at temperatures between 25°C and 35°C
  •  7 and 8 for the preparation of mixtures with increased addition of sugar or other alcoholic ingredients

Experiment with a variety of ingredients to create your own unique flavors and combinations!

You can use the ready-made TooA mixes or add ingredients, syrups, and toppings from your fridge!

Besides making ice cream, the Milano PRO machine is perfect for making sorbet, granitas, frozen yogurt, and other delicious and refreshing desserts!
