The adhesive tape used in hospitals (I am a frequent visitor) causes allergic rashes and also comes off with sweat. This particular one is much better than anything I have tried. It has "teeth" on the side and can be easily and accurately cut by hand. It only comes off when you want it to. Even though it "breathes" and you don't sweat, it is resistant to sweat. And of course, the material is silk...
