The Benman 73079 polyurethane sealant is used for expansion joints between different building materials, as well as for sealing or bonding ventilation ducts, gutters and drain pipes. It adheres to common construction materials, sheet metal, aluminium, stainless steel, lead, copper, ceramic, glass, wood and various plastics. It can also be used to seal sheet-metal seams and reduce vibrations in sheet-metal assembly work.

It remains flexible, has minimal shrinkage and can be painted. It does not sag, become sticky or collect dirt. It is applied with a caulking gun and can be smoothed.
