On my wrist it may look like it presses me a bit but it is very comfortable. I have a thick wrist.
As mentioned, both springbars for the watch are included along with a tool for removing the previous strap and installing the new one. I didn't use it as it was much larger than needed.

Συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα.
