At Mylos of Septem, the brewers decided to create a unique lager beer. By using barley malts with various roasts and degrees of toasting, as well as wheat malt that adds a sweetness, they achieve a complex malty character.

It has a strong aromatic profile with notes of citrus and exotic fruits, along with a distinct floral sensation. On the palate, it is refreshing, with a subtle bitterness, and in the aftertaste, notes of citrus and honey embrace the palate.
