Ναι, κάνει για κονσερβοποίηση. Καλό είναι, πριν τα γεμίσεις, να βάλεις τα βαζάκια και τα καπάκια για 2 λεπτά σε βραστό νερό, για να αποστειρωθούν. Δεν χρειάζεται για 3 ώρες!
