    1. It doesn't clean both sides simultaneously and you have to clean one side of the bean and then the other, and this applies to 90% of the beans.
    2. It doesn't clean very narrow beans, nor the edges of regular beans that narrow at the ends.
    3. The same thing happened with all 3 cleaners that I bought.
    4. The comparison for functionality is made in relation to the functionality of an old bean cleaner that I had, which broke when it fell and the blade came off on one side.
