Bioclima ClimaTop Granite is ready to use, acrylic, paste decorative final coating with colored aggregates, ideal for surfaces requiring durability and aesthetics.

Creates a finished appearance resembling granite with the following features:

• Ready-to-use paste material without water addition
• Granite effect through colored aggregates
• High resistance to weather conditions and environmental stresses
• Flexibility that helps accommodate thermal loads
• High breathability with vapor permeability of 150–250 g/(m²·d)
• Water-repellent protective film that does not crack when properly applied
• Stain resistance for a cleaner appearance over time

Application Surfaces:

• Plaster
• Concrete
• Cement board
• Plasterboard
• Previously painted surfaces well anchored
• External insulation systems as a final coating

Usage:

• Exterior surfaces requiring increased durability
• Interior spaces for decorative final effects
• Walls needing protection and aesthetic enhancement

Consumption is 4–5 kg/m² per coat. For new/porous or cementitious surfaces, it is recommended to prime first with ClimaTop Primer.
