The Axagon ADR-305 active extension cable connects a computer to remote USB devices and boosts the signal, allowing the connection to be extended with additional repeater cables. It supports data transfer speeds of up to 5 Gb/s and is compatible with USB 3.0, USB 3.1 Gen 1 and USB 3.2 Gen 1, as well as USB 2.0 and USB 1.1.
The built-in Micro USB socket allows additional power to be supplied to devices with higher power consumption. The cable supports Plug and Play and Hot Plug, while two indicator lights show the power and USB connection status. Its shielding reduces interference, and the compact repeater unit measures 75 x 24 x 13 mm.
