The Heart Rate Strap does not need to be connected to your phone; simply activate a compatible app on your device, and your heart rate will be recorded automatically.

Usage Instructions:

  • Moisten the electrode area of the chest strap slightly with water.
  • Secure the correct sensor on the chest strap.
  • Wear the chest strap.
  • Ensure you have connected the heart rate sensor via Bluetooth.
