Application:

• Apply the bandage at least 20 minutes before physical activity.
• Round the corners of the bandage and carefully remove the paper 3-4 cm from the edge, then remove it without touching the adhesive surface.
• Apply the bandage as described in the instructions.
• Apply the base of the bandage without stretching, then apply with moderate stretching.
• Renew the edge of the bandage without stretching.
• After application, gently rub the bandage with your hand to activate the adhesive.
