Finally, the baking is very good - excellent and even throughout the tray. We bought it for a country house, but I prefer it over the Miele at home, and when that one breaks I will definitely go to Silifo!!!! And something very important, the user instructions are very incomplete; we turned to GPT to fill in the gaps.
