Fitting instructions:

• Fill a pot with a little water and bring it to a boil.
• Remove the water from the heat source.
• Place the mouthguard in the water for 90 seconds.
• Carefully remove the mouthguard from the hot water.
• Cool the mouthguard under running water for 1-2 seconds.
• Moisten your lips before placing the mouthguard in your mouth.
• Carefully align the mouthguard with the centerline of the upper teeth.
• Place the mouthguard over and around the upper teeth and press firmly.
• Bring the lower jaw forward and up into the base of the mouthguard.
• Close your mouth while biting firmly on the mouthguard.
• Suck firmly and use fingers to press the edges of the mouthguard.
• Remove the mouthguard and cool under running water for 30 seconds.
• Replace it in the mouth and test for good, firm fit.
• Repeat steps if fit is not accurate.
