The Cylinder Works CH1003-K01 cylinder head is designed for the 2004–2007 Honda CRF 250 R and 2004–2006 CRF 250 X. It is a replacement cylinder head with an uncovered combustion chamber, nozzle-shaped ports, and a blended transition from the bowl to the port.

It includes camshaft covers and their bolts, C630 nickel-aluminum-bronze valve seats, and valve guides. Race-spec valve machining and shorter guides allow the use of higher-lift camshafts. Valves, springs, and buckets are not included. Made in the USA.
