The previous 7kg LG has been running for 18 years, washing baby clothes, blankets, etc., and it still works. We replaced it because the drum bearing started to make noise. I chose LG again because I had no problems with the old one. It was installed in my mother's house as a second machine and will keep going as long as it lasts. I always used it at max 800 rpm all these years. I think Direct Drive is worth it.

I was influenced by the reviews, I am not at all satisfied... The washing machine makes noise throughout the entire wash and when selecting the program it does not display the temperature and the preset spin speed of the program.

I have done 4-5 washes at 40 degrees and it still smells when operating... The 'buttons' are a disappointment, they are not easy to press... Difficult for an elderly person... I don't bother with wifi... In general, it seems bulky and not very ergonomic... The spinning at 800 rpm is silent, but at 1200 it's like an airplane... When it starts turning the clothes, you can hear it, and the pump a bit. In the mixed program, the clothes are washed well and don't wrinkle... Also, it's up to 5 kilos. For cottons, it's up to 9 kilos, I don't know why... The drum seems quite large.

I had the old LG and because I was quite satisfied, I bought LG again.
The washing machine is quiet and washes the clothes clean and they come out dry.
The menu on the screen could have slightly larger letters so you can be sure what you touched (touch). I didn't deal with the remote control at all because I don't need it.
I think it should only be available as a customer option.

After the disappointment with the Candy washer-dryer, I chose just a washing machine and I am really very satisfied with this one. This particular model is quiet and washes excellently with low electricity consumption.

Very good, very simple and I installed it myself following the instructions and generally simple to use. It washes well.
