    The cutter and the end plug were missing from the packaging. Also, the packaging arrived in poor condition, opened, and of course the tube was tied with 2 pieces of ribbon instead of being secured with a cable tie. I requested a product return for rectification. The conclusions are yours as to whether the product was used or not.

    8/7/26 update: well, I received the same product again, but the above accessories were still missing. Conclusion: the batch the factory supplied to the seller is probably incomplete. As for the ribbon issue, that too was probably put there by the factory. Therefore, I formally apologize for the conclusion that the product was used.
    Please, because I will probably receive the product once again, before shipping I would appreciate it if you check whether all the accessories are included or find some solution. Because with the end plug missing, the functionality of the irrigation system cannot be completed.
