Non-Stick Surface for handling fondant/dough. Use the silicone surface to roll out your fondant or dough quickly and easily. It has excellent non-stick properties and can be placed on any surface you want to knead. It can be put in the freezer (chiller) and in the oven at temperatures ranging from -40 to +230 degrees Celsius.

It features practical measuring scales around the perimeter to help you make your dough to the desired size, as well as useful conversion tables to make your measurements easier.

The baking surface does not need greasing and is easily cleaned with a sponge, soap, and water.
