It does what it promises. Resistant to temperatures, it protects the furniture underneath very well when we need to heat something we are repairing, even with a heat gun, at high temperature and for quite a while. The parts with magnets actually hold screws and anything else we want to make sure won't move. Both the non-slip part of the pad itself and the device we place on top. Very satisfied.
