    They do the job, but they do not stay firmly adjusted at the point where you tighten them; they loosen during exercise and gradually shift. I do not have prior experience with other dumbbells of this type, so I do not know if this is something that happens in general. I would not discourage someone from buying them, but it would be good to keep this factor in mind.

    I like them a lot, I just didn't expect them to not fit my foot so well. Maybe I should have tried the 2 kg ones. I feel like they are not so stable on the ankle, no matter how much I try to tighten them to the right size. Their quality is excellent.
