The HENDI Samurai Japanese mandoline is a high-quality tool for cutting vegetables and fruits with exceptional precision. It cuts quickly and perfectly thin, thanks to the ultra-sharp cutting elements. The cutting thickness can be adjusted with a button from 0.5 mm to 9 mm, and you can choose the type: slices or strips. The Hendi mandoline also has a non-stick PTFE coating, allowing vegetable and fruit pieces to slide easily, making cutting easier. Its compact dimensions make it ideal for professional and home kitchens. The mandoline is equipped with an additional, foldable wide base. This allows you to cut vegetables while holding the mandoline in your hand or place it on the work surface at a 45° angle. The cylindrical mechanism has a safety feature - it locks in place and there is no risk of slipping. The position for removing the cylinder is marked on the button. The flat metal surface is divided into two opening parts, providing easy access to the blades for adjustment, disassembly, or cleaning. The components are made of stainless steel and ABS and polypropylene. The bowl hook and non-slip feet are made of thermoplastic rubber (TPR), ensuring complete stability during use.
