First, set your grinder to a dose of 7-7.5g and then the correct grinding degree so that ideally, in 20'' to 25'', you prepare an espresso (up to 30ml). If you grind it coarser, the flow is facilitated, and the cup fills quickly with a weak body. If you grind it finer, the coffee flows with difficulty and may result in a burnt taste.
