The intuitive 6th Sense technology controls the cooking time and temperature in 20 automatic functions of this WHIRLPOOL AKZ9S 8260 FB steam oven. Simply select one of the 6 food categories: Lasagna, Meat, Fish, Vegetables, Cakes and sweet pastries, Pizza and Bread, and the degree of doneness of the dish according to your preferences (in selected functions). The cooking process is fully automated and will finish on its own once the meal is perfectly cooked.

Steaming Cooking

Steam technology protects food from high temperatures, preserving their original taste and nutrients, while giving them a crispy crust. Steam healthy and delicious dishes with SteamSense. Choose from two steam levels:

  • Steam 1 – ideal for bread and desserts.
  • Steam 2 – ideal for vegetables, meat, and fish.

Water Drawer

The retractable container can easily be filled with water directly under the tap. It also makes cleaning and maintaining your oven's steam system very easy. Excess water is drained in two ways: automatic and manual. The water is automatically drained about 30 minutes after the oven is turned off. Then simply remove and empty the drawer. Manual removal of excess water should be done according to the instructions on the screen.
