Its body is made of mahogany, topped with swamp ash that is specially sandblasted to bring out the wood’s natural grain beneath the blue finish. It features a bolt-on maple neck with a Wide Thin profile, delivering a responsive attack, clarity, and playing comfort. It is equipped with a set of PRS 85/15 “S” humbuckers, offering a wide tonal range, from clear vintage tones to high-output distortion. The rosewood fingerboard has 24 frets, the classic 25-inch scale length, and iconic bird inlays, while the patented PRS Tremolo ensures tuning stability and smooth operation.

The body of the PRS SE CE 24 combines a mahogany back with a swamp ash top. Sandblasting removes the softer parts of the wood, creating a textured surface where the black stain penetrates the pores and the blue finish highlights the outer layers. The bolt-on neck construction adds brightness and speed to the frequency response while preserving the instrument’s characteristic sustain.

Wide Thin Neck & 24-Fret Fingerboard

The maple neck is shaped to PRS’s Wide Thin profile, offering a slim feel that makes quick hand movements and demanding techniques easier. The rosewood fingerboard features 24 frets and a 25-inch scale length, providing ideal string tension, and is adorned with the company’s traditional Bird Inlays.

PRS 85/15 “S” Pickups & Push/Pull Versatility

The guitar features PRS 85/15 "S" humbucking pickups, which deliver exceptional clarity in the high and low frequencies without becoming muddy in the mids. The push/pull tone control (coil tap) lets you split the pickup coils, converting them to single-coil pickups for a more transparent, brighter tone.

PRS Tremolo Bridge & Tuning Stability

The patented PRS Patented Tremolo system offers smooth pitch variation with exceptional return to zero. Combined with PRS-designed tuning pegs, it ensures tuning stability even after extensive use of the tremolo arm.
