The collection is done exclusively by hand, with a strict selection of the ripest cherries. La Pastora is developed by CoopeTarrazú, a cooperative with 53 years of experience and over 3000 members.

La Pastora has been one of the highest quality coffees of the organization for over 50 years, with particular attention to selection and processing. Its shelf life is four months from roasting. It arrives fresh in packaging with a safety valve and zipper.
