For the fourth time, I’m buying an LG water filter for my refrigerator and experiencing exactly the same problem! As soon as I install it and turn the water supply back on, black water starts leaking from the outside of the filter and spills onto the floor!
This is not about the water coming out of the refrigerator, but a leak from the filter itself or its connection.
Each filter costs about €30, which means I’ve already spent a total of €120 and am still experiencing the same problem!
It is truly disappointing for a product from such a well-known company to repeatedly have this kind of issue. It’s not just about the money, but also the inconvenience, the water leaking onto the floor, and the concern about possible damage.
I ask LG to investigate the problem immediately and arrange a replacement with a fully functional, tested filter or refund my money. I consider it self-evident that consumers should not have to keep paying for a problem that continues to recur.

Για τέταρτη φορά αγοράζω φίλτρο νερού LG για το ψυγείο μου και αντιμετωπίζω ακριβώς το ίδιο πρόβλημα! Μόλις το τοποθετώ και ανοίγω ξανά την παροχή νερού, αρχίζει να βγαίνει μαύρο νερό εξωτερικά από το φίλτρο, το οποίο χύνεται στο πάτωμα!
