The Gyro Ball is a unique tool for warming up and exercising the muscles of the hands, fingers, and wrist. Designed to offer a pleasant exercise experience, it strengthens the forearm and enhances blood circulation. 

It is ideal for those who work long hours in front of the computer, as it helps relieve tension in the hands. Its operation is based on the power of centrifugal force and inertia, offering a simple and fun way to strengthen. 

Design

Its advanced mechanism allows for a cord-free start, simply by spinning the ball with your fingers until it is fully "wound up." Once you release it, the rotation begins, which you can intensify by making circular motions with your wrist. As the rotations increase, the exercise becomes more demanding and effective.

Construction

The ball is made of durable polycarbonate for the outer shell, while its interior consists of high-quality hard plastic, offering durability and long-term use.

Precautions

Instructions for Use

Hold the ball and rotate it with your thumbs in the direction indicated by the arrows. You will need to make about 10-15 rotations to prepare it. Release the ball and start spinning it using circular wrist movements. The faster you rotate your wrist, the more the speed of the ball increases and the intensity of the exercise.
