Usage:

After washing your face, apply a toner suitable for your skin type.
Cut open the pouch and place the smooth side of the mask on your face.
Leave the mask on for 10 to 20 minutes to allow enough time for the nutrients to be fully absorbed by the skin.
Once the nutrients are fully absorbed, remove the mask and gently pat the skin until the excess essence is absorbed into your skin.
